Oooh, here's a good glitch to fix:
If a level has multiple InBoundsTriggers, and only one of them contains the start, when you go OOB in the second one (that does not contain the start), you will go OOB again when respawning.

Sorry if it's hard to understand.

EDIT: Post 200! Now to get back on topic...

Shouldn't that go in Community found bugs?

I guess, but the fact that it's in mbg too means it's not just MBP-related.
I guess I'll put it in there.

Remember, PQ is still technically MBP. If you read the title of this topic I'm sure you'll know what I'm getting at...

Suggest away!

What would be the point of that?

What point would anything else have? I thought that the point of making an expanson pack or game was to entertain people! And this would IMHO be entertaining!

How would counting by 2's instead of 1's be more entertaining ?

Ah, now i uderstund that you didnt undrestund what i said.

I said that PQ may feature a special type of diamonds that when took will add +2, not +1! I didnt say all the gems to add +2, then it would be pointless as you said

Any other suggestions?

So it would be a diamond that would count for two instead of one? I'm not sure I see the point of that.

MF: Some diamonds would be normal (1), others would be worth 2. So in a quota level, it'd be much more strategic.

That's a very good idea; a button that takes you back to the last checkpoint. That shouldn't be hard to do.

Bad idea, it would screw stuff up... How fast you could go in a path w/ checkpoint abuse would be largely determined by how fast you could press the checkpoint button...It is no hard to fall of if you want to go to the last CP.

But when you pause to press the CP button, time would pause too

It's a great concept, I dunno if it would be able to be abused with TM bonuses or not.

A refutation to FrySauce's objection: there can be a field in the missionInfo that lets the builder determine whether this button will be allowed or not (default is yes).

If you want to go back to the CP why not just go OOB? Imo it's wasted time for the coders.

I have one request for now: Remove the OOB messages. Why? Because I don't see a point for them. Seriously, do you really expect a user to deal with dumb messages with no meaning?

Because sometimes you get stuck and can't go OOB.

Also, how many levels do need checkpoint abuse? I can think of 1 only, and thats Rolling to Eternity. Besides, we can make it specific so that level doesn't have it allowed or something.

Also, OOB messages most likely won't be removed-- they're fun stuff laughing at the user.

But they're FUN!

My suggestion: In the LE, have a button that makes everything go in slow motion. In case the person doesn't have cheat engine but wants to make sure something works smoothly but is too fast to be seen in normal speed.

EDIT: Another suggestion: In the Quota mode, after you get the required # of gems, any more that you get could act as TMs. (Low TimeBonus probably, unless the gems are really far apart. )

QuArK is still a good map editor

You know what's boring? Opaque marble skins. You know what's not? Glass Marbles!

That's a good idea the maker of the level could set the amount of time for the gem if any time at all.

I have an idea!!!
Could you make some kind of invincibility power-up, so the marble would be immune to tornados, mines, fans, and others, and barely be affected by nukes? That would be SOOOOOO COOOOOL!!!!!!!

Some of the offensive ones, like 200 OOB ( ), or 1,250 OOB ( ), should definetly be removed, but the funny ones like 800 (;D) OOB shouldn't.

Invincibility PowerUp - maybe. We understand what you want.

The OOB messages are hilarious, we should make all of them more offensive.

OOB messages are random. Total of 50 I think are present for the 200 OOB messages (a new random one gets displayed every 200 OOBs). 1250 OOBs (1250, 2500, 3750 etc) are not random.
